Buck Converter Integrated FET
BD9SA01F80-C is a 1ch buck converter integrated FET. It is capable of providing the current up to 12A. Small inductor is applicable due to high switching frequency of 2.25MHz. It is a current mode control buck converter and features high-speed transient response. It has an integrated feedback resistor that sets the output voltage to 0.8V and a phase compensation circuit. Application can be created with a few external components.
