BDxxFD0系列是可提供最大2A电流的低饱和型稳压器。输出电压有可通过外部电阻设定的可变型和固定型。本系列内置防止因输出短路等发生IC破坏的过流保护电路、以及防止因过负荷状态等使IC发生热破坏的过热保护电路。
