车载用 700mA可调输出 LDO稳压器
BD800M7WFP2-C是消耗电流很低的线性稳压器，非常适用于直接连接电池的车载系统。本IC的耐压为45V，输出电流为700mA，消耗电流为17μA（Typ），输出电压精度为±2.5%（不包括反馈电阻精度）。输出电压可通过在ADJ引脚连接一个电阻，在1.2V～16V的范围内进行设置。具有输出关闭功能，当给EN引脚施加HIGH电压时，IC输出ON；当施加LOW电压时，输出OFF。本IC还内置过电流保护电路，可防止输出短路等导致的IC损坏；内置过热保护电路，可防止IC因过负载状态等导致的热损坏。输出的相位补偿电容可使用低ESR的陶瓷电容器。
