BD6422EFV
High Voltage Series Stepping Motor Drivers
BD6425EFV、BD6423EFV、BD6422EFV是采用额定电源电压45V,额定输出电流1.0A、1.5A的低导通电阻DMOS、PWM恒流驱动方式的步进马达驱动器系列。输入接口可以选择CLK-IN驱动方式(BD6425/6423EFV)和并行IN驱动方式(6422EFV)。因为内置DAC可以实现到QUARTER STEP为止的驱动,电流衰减方式可以对FAST DECAY/SLOW DECAY的比率进行4段自由设定。即使在被要求高速旋转的应用系统上,配合马达也能实现很好的控制状态,有助于低振动,低噪音驱动。并且,因为电源可以单系统驱动,所以有助于设备的设计更容易。
