内置速度控制 无传感器三相无刷电机预驱动器
BM64070MUV支持48V电源电压,是控制由外置FET构成的电机驱动部位的三相无刷电机正弦波驱动用预驱动器IC。采用无传感器驱动,无需用于检测位置的霍尔元件。内置速度反馈控制功能,用于控制输出PWM Duty,使输入PWM信号所对应的转速特性与电机输出的转速一致。
