EMARMOUR™ Nano Cap™ 高速接地检测 高EMI耐受力 CMOS运算放大器
BD77504FV是含4个电路的接地检测的CMOS运算放大器。具有宽动作电压范围7V~15V、以及高转换速率、低输入偏置电流等特点,尤其适用于传感器放大器等各种用途。并且,EMI耐受力具有优势,便于替换现有产品以及进行EMI设计。而且,所采用的电路形式在数nF级的输出电容下也不会发生振荡,进行整机设计时无须顾虑输出电容导致的振荡。
